He year Generically understood is the time - 365 days in round figures - that the Earth uses to make a complete turn around the Sun. For astronomical calculations, however, various types of year must be taken into account and defined more precisely.

Sidereal Year: It is the period of revolution of the Earth around the Sun measured with respect to the fixed stars. It is equivalent to 365.2564 days (or 365d, 6h, 9m, 10s).

Tropic year: It is the time between two successive passages of the Sun by the Spring Equinox (or first point of Aries). It is equivalent to 365,2421 (or 365d, 5h, 43m, 46s), that is to say approximately 20 'less than the sidereal year, because the first equinoctial point recedes due to the Precession of the equinoxes. It is also called the calendar year, because it refers to the calendar calendar.

Anomalous year: It is the time between two successive passages of the Earth through the Perihelion. It is equivalent to 365,2596 (or 365d, 6h, 13m, 53s). It is approximately four minutes longer than the sidereal year, because the perihelion of the Earth's orbit is slightly displaced forward each year by the disturbances of the other planets.
